General terms and conditions

  The present document (the GTC) is not filed, it is concluded only in electronic form, it is not a written contract, it is written in Hungarian, it does not refer to a code of conduct. In case of questions related to the operation, ordering and delivery process of the webshop, we are available on our contact details.

This GTC contains the terms and conditions for using K1RALYSHOP (hereinafter referred to as Webshop) as follows:

Accepting General Terms and Conditions:

During both registration and purchase (in both cases), if you wish to use the services of the Webshop, you must accept the terms of this GTC, which you can do by selecting the checkbox on the form. In the case of acceptance of the terms and conditions of the GTC, this contract shall be concluded between the Service Provider and the user of the Webshop.


If the user does not accept the terms of the GTC, he / she will not be able to use the services of the Webshop. You can't sign up or send an order. 

Product Selection

The customer has the option to choose or order the products of the store. If you want to buy, you place the product you want to buy in a virtual basket by pressing the "Add to Cart" button.

By clicking on the "View" button of the Shopping Cart you will find the products put into the basket during the purchase as well as the total amount of the invoice and shipping costs. Here you can check the correctness of your order, especially with regard to prices and quantities that can be modified and improved as required. The basket automatically calculates the total amount of the order.

Sending order

If you consider the amount of products in your cart to be appropriate, you have checked the total amount and decided to buy them, then simply click on the "Cashier" button. After that, you have the option to choose to enter as a registered buyer or to register as a new buyer.

If you have previously purchased in our store, enter the email address and password you provided during the previous registration. If you want to register as a new buyer, enter the details of your purchase that the system stores and you will only have to sign in for the next purchase. For unregistered purchases, enter your billing and shipping address. In the next step, select the appropriate delivery method (personal pick-up or courier service) and payment method (cash on delivery, bank transfer, cash). If you agree with the content of the order, click the "Order" button to send the order. 

Prices:

Our prices are the list prices valid at the time of order, which can be found in the webshop next to the products. Prices are gross prices and include VAT, but these prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are included in the checkout process before the order is finalized and in the Purchase Terms. If any errors or omissions occur in the Webshop for products or prices, we reserve the right to make a correction. In such a case, we will immediately inform the buyer of the new data after recognizing or modifying the error. The buyer can then confirm the order once more, or it is possible for any party to withdraw from the contract.

Orders are processed within 24 hours.

Confirmation

We will send feedback on all orders via email. After the order has been sent, you will receive an automatic e-mail regarding the receipt of the order and one of the expected delivery times. In case of telephone consultation, call customer service or any of the telephone numbers in the email.

Payment Terms

In our store you can make a bank transfer and pay for the goods by personal and cash on delivery. In the latter case, the total purchase price, including shipping costs, must be paid in cash at the delivery of the parcel to the consignor.

 

Shipping

The delivery of the parcels takes place by courier service. The delivery time of the product is described in the webshop during the checkout process, as well as the confirmation email. You can arrange the date of delivery with the phone number on the confirmation email.

Cancellation from delivery

If the webshop fails to fulfill its contractual obligation because the goods specified in the contract are not available or the ordered service is unable to provide it, the customer shall be informed thereof.

The webshop does not sign a contract with minors. The customer declares that he is of legal age by accepting the terms of trade. 

 

1. Warranty

In which case do you have the right to warranty?

In the event of a defective performance of KIRÁLY I. Kapusiskola Kft., You may enforce a claim against the company in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code.

What rights do you have on your warranty claim?

You - at your option - have the following warranty claims:

You may request a repair or replacement unless the fulfillment of any of the requirements you choose is impossible or would result in a disproportionate additional cost for the business to meet your other needs. If you did not request or could not request repair or replacement, you may claim a proportionate delivery of the consideration or you may correct it at the expense of your business, or repair it, or otherwise terminate the contract. 

 

You can also switch from your chosen warranty right to another, but you will bear the cost of the transition, unless it was justified or the business gave cause. 

What is the deadline for enforcing your warranty claim?

You must disclose the error immediately after discovering it, but not later than within two months of the discovery. At the same time, I would like to draw your attention to the fact that you may not enforce your warranty rights beyond the two-year limitation period after the performance of the contract. In the case of used items, this deadline is up to one year.

To whom can you claim your warranty claim?

You can enforce your warranty claims against the business.

What other conditions are there for enforcing your warranty rights? 

Within six months of delivery, the assertion of your warranty claim is not subject to any other condition if you prove that the product or service was provided by KIRÁLY I. Kapusiskola Kft. However, after six months of completion, you are already required to prove that the error you have detected was already at the time of completion.

To whom and under what other conditions can you claim your product warranty claim?

You may only exercise your product warranty claim against the manufacturer or distributor of the movable item. You must prove that the product is defective when claiming product warranty.

In what case is the manufacturer (distributor) exempted from the product warranty obligation?

The manufacturer (distributor) is only exempted from product liability if he can prove that:

- the product was not manufactured or marketed in the course of its business, or

- the error was not recognizable at the time of placing on the market, due to the state of the technology and science

- a product defect results from the application of legislation or mandatory regulatory requirements.

The manufacturer (distributor) has enough reason to prove the exemption.

Please note that due to the same error, you may not enforce warranty claims and product warranty claims simultaneously. However, in the event of effective enforcement of your product warranty claim, you may enforce the warranty claim for the replaced product or repaired part against the manufacturer. 

When is your business exempt from warranty?

Exemption from the undertaking's warranty obligation shall be granted only if it proves that the cause of the fault arose after performance.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to the same error, you may not enforce warranty claims and warranties and warranties at the same time, otherwise you will not be entitled to any warranty rights regardless of the rights set forth in paragraphs 1 and 2 above.


In the event of a faulty performance of the Service Provider, you may enforce a claim for warranty against the Service Provider in accordance with the rules of the Civil Code. 

You may choose to claim the following warranty claims at your option: You may request a repair or replacement unless the fulfillment of a choice made by them is impossible or would cause an additional disproportionate cost to the business to meet your other needs.

If you did not request or could not request repair or replacement, you may request a proportionate delivery of the consideration or the Customer may correct the defect at the expense of the Service Provider or repair it or otherwise terminate the contract.

You may also switch from your chosen warranty to another, but the Customer will bear the cost of the change, unless it was justified or the business has given cause.


The Customer is obliged to disclose the defect immediately after its discovery, but not later than two months after the discovery of the defect, but may not enforce its warranty rights beyond the two-year limitation period after the performance of the contract. 

The Customer may enforce its warranty claim against the Service Provider. Within six months of delivery, the warranty claim is not subject to any other condition, except that the Customer confirms that the Product or Service has been provided by the Service Provider (presentation of the original invoice, block). However, after six months have passed from the delivery, the Customer is obliged to prove that the fault you discovered already existed at the time of performance.

The cancellation / notice period expires 14 days after the date on which the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier indicates that the product is being taken over.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal / cancellation, you must provide a clear statement of your intention to cancel / terminate (eg by post, fax or e-mail) to:

If you withdraw from the Contract, the Service Provider shall, without delay, but no later than 14 days after receipt of your cancellation declaration, reimburse you for any consideration you have paid, including the cost of transportation (excluding any additional costs incurred by us for providing the method of payment used is the same as the one used in the original transaction.

Due to the refund method, you will not incur any extra costs.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or you have not verified that it has been returned: the earlier date of the two must be taken into account. You will bear the direct cost of returning the product - shipping costs.

You may only be held liable for any depreciation in the product if it is due to use beyond the use required to determine the nature or properties of the product.

In accordance with the above regulation, in the following cases, the Buyer shall not be entitled to the right of cancellation in the case of sound or image or software if the package is opened or edicated, individually (customized, dedicated) product is ordered. 

All of the DVDs we sell can be played with the general DVD programs:

For example: Windows Media Player, MacOS Mojave, VLC Media Player, Power DVD, DivX, Quick Time.
